OUR CLASSES
The basis of the Radu Workout is natural movements because all humans are naturally capable of running, jumping, catching and throwing. Our class is a learning experience. It consists of a dynamic combination of track and field, gymnastics, martial arts, calisthenics and stretching.
Each workout should be considered a psychological exercise (focus, attention, courage, movement logics) as much as it is considered a physical workout. The body and mind must work together to create total health for any individual. A healthy body means a healthy mind and vice-versa.
Our trainers stimulate and motivate each member of the class. They focus on your performance and make sure every movement is properly done. Because all human beings are harmoniously made of Body + Mind + Emotions, all of these are engaged during classes and training. Understanding principles, discipline, conquering fears, developing team spirit, self evaluating, respecting others and materials - is a goal that we place at the highest level in our training system.
